Gabi spent a lot of time on extractions, no rushing at all and since it had been some time since my last facial, there was a lot to clean. She was very expert and had a calm demeanor too. I also appreciated that she allowed me to stay quiet during the facial, no pressure to chat.
Another thing I loved besides her expert facial skills was that there was no hard sell of products or services. I got only what I came in for. Salons or spas that push more on me don't see me a second time.
My only negative experience was of the general waiting area....Both on arrival and on waiting to pay, 4 out of 5 women there were on their cellphones having conversations I could hear. Between that and the music overhead and loud chatting and laughter at the make-up station, the waiting area felt very un-spa like. I'm not saying it needs to be pin-drop quiet, but why are people allowed to be yakking on their cellphones while in the couch areas, when there is an entire lobby right upstairs that they can make or receive phone calls in? Please consider imposing a "Kindly use cellphones upstairs in our lobby and keep this environment tranquil for our spa guests" sign....

Gabby is talented and has a lot of requests. We sorry about the noise on Saturday, its very busy with bachelorette and birthday parties and we always trying to remind people to be quiet. but all other 6 days a week its nice and quiet . We also have other rooms for massages further away from the waiting area . You can ask for a different room when making an appointment. We hope to see you at Allure Day Spa soon
