The appointment reminder says 1/07/14, which is wrong. It's probably supposed to read 7/01, but I'm in doubt if the appt was made on the 1st or 2nd of July. I called when arriving at home, and left a message about it, but have not received a return call.
Allure Dental replied:
There was no return call on the same day due to the holiday and the office closed early. However first thing on the next business day our office did call back to confirm the date on the card.
