This was my second time using them. I had a great experience the first time and the same was true this time. Unfortunately for me, I think that the bats have long been summering in my chimney enclosure and would not take no for an answer after we excluded them last year. The issue was a little complex and they ended up coming back. All Wildlife worked with me to ensure that we could fit the service under their warranty program. But importantly, they did the work first. No hostage negotiation - no "pay me first and we'll show up" kind of stuff. We sorted out the details of the warranty later and in good faith. I'm very satisfied. The technicians are friendly and calm. No nonsense or scare tactics, no upselling - just a measured and thoughtful approach to dealing with the problem. I hope I don't have to... but if I do get more uninvited lodgers I will call again.
