The Dr was miserable. Worst eye exam I’ve ever had. I’m contemplating calling Aetna to challenge the claim. Total waste of time.
Hi Jennifer, I just checked on your order and all itemized receipts are in with your glasses order. We will be happy to provide them when you pick up your glasses. If you would prefer me to mail the receipts please just let me know.
Dr Brewer and her staff are professional, personable and knowledgeable. They offer a wide selection of frames and clearly explain all the options and prices. It was a pleasant experience and recommend giving them a chance to help you.
The staff at Alpha Optical/Pearle were excellent. From the doctor to staff that assisted the doctor and those that assisted in picking out glasses. They were all knowledgeable, friendly, and provided a great medical and customer experience. My only feedback would be that none of them introduced themselves, nor did they wear name tags. I would have liked to call them by name, which is just polite or if I needed to follow-up, to call and ask for someone by name.
