We felt like we were in a veterinary “mill” for this appointment. There were many people being helped at once. We ended up waiting in our car for an hour and a half for the first appointment for our new puppy. In addition, we have been customers for 25 years, and no one on staff realized that we were longtime customers. They asked if it was our first time there. The staff in the parking lot was doing their best to juggle everyone, however it was painfully clear that there were too many customers at one time. The breeder’s information folder for our new puppy was lost during the appointment; when the doctor called on the phone, little to no information about the wellness of the puppy was given until I asked. This was a very uncomfortable experience.
