Its very easy to schedule an appotment. Staff is welcoming and friendly.

Dr. Suji always attentive, tries to help as much as she can. She care about the aminmals as well as for their owners.

Very rude and unprofessional. Threaten me if I don’t agreed with their recommendations of treatments for my dog, they will report me to animal control. I paid for their exam and got my pet out without treatment. Make another appointment with another vet doctor.

I do not like not being able to be present when my dog is examined. The state and CDC have lessened the restrictions and I do not understand why I am unable to be in the room.

Also there was no follow up with the lab results that were done. I have had to call two days in a row and still unable to talk with the Vet regarding what the lab results mean.

Dr. Gurushav and her vet tech team are amazing. They are always warm and wecoming and thorough and willing to work with me to adapt treatment plans for my foster cats to my budget. I try never to have emergencies, but you never know what medical issues a new foster may have, and they've never turned us away.

We felt like we were in a veterinary “mill” for this appointment. There were many people being helped at once. We ended up waiting in our car for an hour and a half for the first appointment for our new puppy. In addition, we have been customers for 25 years, and no one on staff realized that we were longtime customers. They asked if it was our first time there. The staff in the parking lot was doing their best to juggle everyone, however it was painfully clear that there were too many customers at one time. The breeder’s information folder for our new puppy was lost during the appointment; when the doctor called on the phone, little to no information about the wellness of the puppy was given until I asked. This was a very uncomfortable experience.

Usha is a very friendly woman and she does a wonderful job of taking care of me. She very polite in reminding me to floss, use my water pick and of course to brush. And she always asks if I am having any pains or problems before she starts. Usha keeps close eye on my gums and alerts the doctor for special attention. Thank you Usha!
