My new kitty was made to feel welcome at the clinic. I am a returning client after losing my beloved kitty almost 5 yrs ago. I still miss him so much that it took me this long to get another cat. My husband talked me into it because he likes cats too, so he's now our first cat together.
I met Dr. Budde and staff almost 20yrs ago. She was my previous cat's vet for the life of the cat who lived to be 15 years old. I recommend Dr. Budde and her staff. They are knowledgeable and very caring and patient with the animals. I have also recommended Dr. Budde's clinic to someone who needed a vet for her new kitty.

The staff and doctor were amazingly efficient as always. They squeezed my cat in within 48 hours, when I said he was sneezing. They had him in and out in less than 1/2 an hour for his PCR test and followed up with the results in 24 hours. Their kind, compassionate and efficient care is why we continue to take all of our cats to Alta Vista.

The care is always amazing. There's a reason they are booked out so far, they're good at what they do. Dr. Buddy and her team deliver A+ level medical care and advise at a decent cost. Working at a lab, I'd say their lab work is actually on the lower end of the cost spectrum.

Dr. Budde is an excellent vet. I personally like the fact that she is a straight shooter and will tell you where your pet stands.

I appreciated the quick call back after lab results. The call came two days later, well within the 10 to 14 days I was told, and it came at 8 pm. They could have waited until the next day, but my family and I were grateful for the late call and to have our fears put to rest.
I also waited for just under an hour for my appointment, during which time I saw Dr. Budde come out and talk to each client personally. She is earnest and forthright, and I could see that she was evaluating each owner and learning about context around each issue. I didn’t mind the extra time waiting because I saw how it was being used, and I got the same courtesy and thorough evaluation when it was my turn.
