If you don't want you car to smell like smoke, I guess you need mention that. I didn't and was unpleasantly suprised to have to detoxify my car.
Otherwise, no complaints, great work and super friendly and trustworthy folks.

I'm very sorry about that. I assure you that no one smoked in your car, but there was a chance that one of the techs that smoke might have pulled car out for test drive. I apologize, and will make note of that so we can plan for it next time.

The repair work was done as scheduled. My car was returned to me promptly, which was important because I was renting a car in the meantime (to provide transportation while my car was in the shop).

The repair took far too long, the labor charge was exorbitant, and more was repaired than was needed. I needed the fuel gauge indicator fixed, not the whole fuel assembly. As much as I love the idea of this shop, the speed of repair, and the overall cost will make this visit, my last

This was a really pleasant experience! My car was making a weird noise so I took it in to Alternative Auto Care. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what the results of their inspection were and the steps that they took to address some of the issues with my car. Also, the price was very reasonable! All in all, I will definitely be coming back next time I need something done with my car.

Great service as always. Everything is explained in detail and I never feel like I'm clueless. What I appreciate the most about this team is that they provide you with a report on what was worked on that day and what is recommended in the future. They keep track of these things so that you can make sure your car gets all of the necessary work done. They even take pictures of the parts that need repair so you know what it looks like. I am always satisfied with their work and professionalism!
