I read every single review left on the website before taking my Yukon Denali to A Master Mechanic. Just as most everyone else said they are GREAT! I needed an alignment and they did it right. The other mechanics I called only wanted to do the front end of my vehicle, or they just would set the tow and let it go, but not these guys! They did a full inspection and got my car set right. I can't rave enough about them. I already have some other work I'm planning for them on the same car, thanks guys!

I was trated very honestly and with the upmost respect. I have come accustomed to people trying to rip me off at every avenue. But I really cant stress enough that, these folks helped me in every way and could have done work and charged me a lot of $, but they told me it was not smart to spend money on the work I needed done! I work in the customer service industry and will tell everybody I know about these peoples honesty, great work. Thank you again guys you are awesome. Rich

The work that was done was well done and to good standards. However, the customer service was well below par. Initially I was well received and treated, then as my problems with my car didn't seem to improve, they became more and more aggrevated and uninterested in dealing with me and my car. Communication was poor as well, I would receive an update about my vehicle stating what thet believed what should be done, and the only other update I'd get after that was the bill, which usually was 500+. no estimate or anything. By the end of it, one employee was quite rude to me, so rude I felt obligated to speak to the owner. I expressed my concerns about the poor communication and service. He did not apologize but promised to get back to me after reviewing my case. He never called or contacted me. All in all, I had about a month of headache and spent about $1500 on a problem that never got fixed. A severe let down.
