If you had good custumer service at your store you would know that I am one of your very unhappy one time custumers. No refunds no follow up appointment no regards of the fact that my eyes were shot red when I walk out out of there and I did not walk in like that. One of your techs treated me like she was servicing from the back of an alley. Removing my lashes all at once and offering wet paper towel from the bathroom to get my eyes rinse shame on you keep send offers you should be sending me a check.

They are professional, courteous and friendly. There are times that i have been in there and a client is upset but totally over react. Stay calm folks. Anything can be fixed. I totally recommend the membership. Thanks ladies!
I waited 47 minutes to receive my last lash service and was repeatedly told just five more minutes. Whoever schedules needs a realistic understanding of the length of time each stylist takes and not sell lies to customers.
