Hi Brenda, since all locations are independently owned and operated, the paperwork will have to be done at any location you have not visited before. We also ask that you was you lashes prior to service because any kind of moisturizer, oil, or debris from the day will shorten the life of your extensions because it won't have as strong of a bond.
