She was really sweet and fast my first experience at Amazing lash was not good at all but the manager reached out to me and asked me to give another try. I'm glad they recommend Natasha she is a senior lash tech and she did a great job

Natasha was great. My lashes look great. The only problem I had with my experience was Erica the receptionist. I had a misunderstanding about how my membership worked. She attempted to explain it to me and did so in a very condescending tone to such an extent that I was about to leave and cancel my membership. I went back to Natasha room to get my bag to leave and then Natasha spent a couple of minutes explaining to me how refills VS whole new set works. I needed a whole new set because the hurricane Harvey debacle kept me from getting my refill in time. Erica came into the room and told me that the manager would give me $20 off for that visit because of the hurricane (which I appreciated). Then she started to explain to me AGAIN how the membership works. I stopped her and said that Natasha had already explained it to me and she didn't need to do it again. Two hours later I was done and went to Erica to pay. Erica began AGAIN to explain to me the membership (I stopped her again). Then Erica very rudely reminded me that they would only be giving me the discount this time. I already knew this as she had already told me and I had thanked her, there was no need to embarrass me and tell me in front of the five people in the waiting room, that I wouldn't be getting the discount again. She has a pretty bad way with people and I would suggest she learn a back of the house skill and be kept away from customers. I will not be returning to that location.

The lash stylist did a good job.

However, I was unimpressed with the front desk staff. I was given no education on how to maintain my lashes. I wasn't even directed to wash before going back to the room. If I go back, it probably won't be to this location
