I visit once a month so I was thrilled to find Veronica since her technique and application lasted the longest. I was equally thrilled to hear that she was being promoted to a master level and would be compensated monetarily as technicians like her will bring in more business and better ratings. I am NOT PLEASED to hear that her compensation will be out of my pocket. I pay for a service once a month and should expect a quality job. I do not want to change techs and do not think I should pay $10 more as an existing customer. This should be a corporate expense, I have a contract. BAD POLICY!!! This may be my last 5 star review.
