Great location. Clean facility. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the noise. While you're lying on your back for 30 to 50 minutes it would be nice to have some music. You'd rather not hear the staff gossiping. Just my opinion (and you did ask).

I’ve never had a problem with this place. They always do a great job and I’ve had it done 3 times only and Tracy did it twice and she’s worth the extra money because she does a great job. So I probably will be asking for her when I go back. The front desk staff was also great when I went in and called, so thanks guys for everything!

I was very unhappy. I hate to complain but they are hurting even when I close my eyes and that never happens to me and very clumpy and not the style I was looking for. I haven't been to this location since I open my membership 3 years ago I believe. I'm sorry but I wouldn't come back.

Horrible last minute cancellation policy - artist canceled at last minute they offered ZERO alternatives for rescheduling and I had to call another salon that thankfully had an opening- atrocious customer service!!! And this is far from the first time it has happened here!!!
