I have been to every location In Austin and the roundrock location has been my best experience and Reagan is my eyelash stylist who has by far exceeded my expectations. So beyond impressed with her talent

I have been very impressed with Amazing Lash! I have used 2 different stylist and both have been able to work with my mixed style! I like a full and flirty look but need it more on the classic side to fit behind my glasses. They come out prefect every time! I also make my appointments early in the morning and everyone has been very pleasant despite the fact that they just opened! It means a lot to me! There is an Amazing Lash about a mile from me but I drive the 10 miles just for the customer service that I have recieved @ the Round Rock location!!

The area was clean. When walking in they did not explain to me the different options for eyelashes or what to expect after being told it was my first time there. The eyelash tech did explain to me in short of my options and did show me a display of the different eyelash lengths available. During the appointment I kept feeling some burning in one of my eyes but thought perhaps it was just because by bottom lashes were being taped down. At the end of the appointment I opened my eyes and the one eye was burning even more. When I told her she handed me the fan and told me to hold it at my eye and that it was the glue that had gotten in my eye. I feel like that should not have happened and could be dangerous. Upon leaving I was given a piece of paper that had directions on what not to do but was not told how to maintenance my lashes etc. At check out I asked if i could be signed up as a member and that i wasn't sure how it worked. They lady explained again vaguely what all a membership entailed, handed me the member contract without explaining it until i asked more questions. At the end of the transaction she didn't ask if i wished to schedule a time to come back in for a refill. In all the experience was not too bad the staff wasn't rude they were just not interested in being there or wanting to give decent customer service. I have only had the lashes on for a few days and have seen a few fall off already.

As to the fan and eye burning, our Corporate office has instructed us to have clients hold the fan for more time when they experience eye burning. So your stylist was doing what she was taught to do.
