The receptionist lied that I was checked in, after waiting for twenty minutes, I then asked what the problem was that my appointment was three twenty and it’s forty minutes after three o’clock now. Then the receptionist went to look for my stylist. But the stylist was waiting for me thinking that I am running late,

Out of all the locations I've been to, this location has always been the best. They always pick up their phone (at other locations, I have to call for days because the line is busy and my messages on the machine never get returned). They usually have appointments available, they run on time, and their front desk and technicians are always friendly and knowledgable. These things may seem little and would be expected at any business, but some other locations aren't like this and don't run as smoothly as the Voss location.

I have been a member for more than 5 years. Was not aware that I would have to pay regular price for a refill outside of my month fee. The front desk staff informed me that I should know that since I’ve been a member so long. This location is the only one that rotates through front desk staff, probably because of the unprofessional service they provide. There is also no manager there. I am very close to cancelling my membership due to the inadequate service this location provides.

Please be extra careful! Ask several questions before getting your lashes.
