Good morning I came in from out of town and had a 6:30 pm appointment on Saturday and did not leave until 9:49 pm. I have been to your shop before and enjoyed the service. I up my lashes to 6D voulme. After only having one eye half finished she asked if I could come back the next day to finish amd it was 8:45pm then. After getting up and down looking at my lashes I jave never been up and down looking in the mirror the way she had me doing
This morning Monday April 23 my lashes have a gap in them. I paid $120.00 for these lashes and I expect them to last longer than this I know there will be some shedding bit not this. She did not put lashes in the corners of my eyes. The receptionist asked if I wanted her to call the manager it was already late and I was leaving going back out of town the next morning. So I would like to know what to do about getting them fixed I know there is a 3 day policy.
