Very disappointing that you're forcing your customers with your new policy to book sometimes two lash refills in one month and with the upcharge at that!!!! . I like my technician but not the polocies of the company. Unfortunately I'm looking for another lash company to do business with.

I lost a considerable amount of lashes on one eye. It was almost 3 weeks since the previous visit so I was resign to having to pay I got an appoint with Kim. I was not told she was more expensive until it was time to pay. It's not the amount difference that ticked me off, it was because I was not given a choice.

I was already upset because of what happened on the previous visit. I was birthday gifted a free upgrade, but because I did not pay attention to what the cashier was doing I ended up paying for the upgrade. The workers are friendly as long as there are not any questions asked or complications.

I continue to come because of a regular stylist I use.

I think your new policies are a move in the wrong direction. The contract is for monthly service, but with your new policy that requires you to come back within a.limited time frame, you in effect force people to come in prior to the monthly maintenance schedule and pay an additional charge -- and at the increased rate. I used to recommend Amazing Lashes to my friends, but no longer. Please take a second review of this new policy. I would prefer to stay with Amazing Lashes as I like my technician, but currently I am looking for another lash studio.

In my last two last visits the front desk personnel made me feel like I was going to beg for services for free, like they are doing me the Favor of attending me.

I had a new person then I usually have and it was scary. She put the eye pads on me and left me ther and I do not know what if she is texting and then runs out the room and comes back and things where being thrown like I heard load banging noises. I made it threw my scary ordeal. Never her again.

Ashley was the only person available for a full set. Took 2 hours and looked horrible. Lashes started falling off the next day. Next time I will wait for Kim.

took an hour and forty minutes and lashes got stuck together on one eye when opened them. She fixed them and was a new hire though. This location seems not to be able to keep their employees and always takes multiple tries before anyone answers the phone.
