I lost a considerable amount of lashes on one eye. It was almost 3 weeks since the previous visit so I was resign to having to pay I got an appoint with Kim. I was not told she was more expensive until it was time to pay. It's not the amount difference that ticked me off, it was because I was not given a choice.
I was already upset because of what happened on the previous visit. I was birthday gifted a free upgrade, but because I did not pay attention to what the cashier was doing I ended up paying for the upgrade. The workers are friendly as long as there are not any questions asked or complications.
I continue to come because of a regular stylist I use.
