I ask for thick lashes several times before we started, yet my stylist applied the thin lashes. She applied them just fine; but I did not get what I asked for. I much prefer the thicker lashes to the thin ones.

This location is always very professional and clean!

I get a couple of appt reminders , which I like because I have a super busy schedule. Once I’m there, I’m greeted and promptly taken care of—but the best part is that Amazing Lash studio is just around the corner from my house :)

I was actually a bit disappointed at my most recent visit. I visited on 8/11 at the wood lake location. After the storm, they were closed for several days so on 9/1 I visited another location. I had a not so good experience and the lashes were falling out 10-20 at a time. They did a correction but they continued to fall out. Now that Woodlake is back open I called to make my appointment she advised that it was in excess of my 4 weeks and I explained i was within the time Bc I had visited another location. She said ok and booked the appt.

Fast forward, I arrive for my appt on 9/26. The stylist immediately says I need a refill. I advise that it’s within their “4weeks”. She checks and says no it was 8/11. I say no it was another location 9/1. She says “well you only get 50 minutes”. I said that is fine!

At check out the front desk lady now says you were supposed to have a new set but she did a refill but next time it will be a new set. I respond long as it’s within the 4 weeks I am not paying for a new set. She says that does matter it is up to the stylist. She also suggest that they have the option to come within 10 days for a mini refill. I explain to her that if I need to come back in 10 days you all didn’t install them correctly.

Amazing Lash Studio created this monthly service contract and essentially forced us to participate Bc it’s so expensive otherwise. This monthly contract only entitles you to One refill per monrh. That being the case the One refill should last until the next One is available. For you all to suggest that I pay for a full set when the ones I just paid for didn’t last is ridiculous. And the mini refill you offer only within 10 days is not something I find useful. As I said, If my lashes fall out that much within 10 days they weren’t installed right the first time. At minimum the mini refill should be offered up to 2 weeks.

Very disappointing that you're forcing your customers with your new policy to book sometimes two lash refills in one month and with the upcharge at that!!!! . I like my technician but not the polocies of the company. Unfortunately I'm looking for another lash company to do business with.
