Reception staff were cold and uninviting. Neither one smiled or greeted with kindness.
Older facility with dirty floors and pet smell throughout. No ODOR control.
Vet technicians were Great, which is the reason for the higher rating. Very friendly, happy and informative.

Been taking our dogs and cats to Animal Medical for over 20 years. Couldn’t ask for any better care of our family pets. All the staff go above and beyond for your pets comfort and medical needs. They take all the time you need to explain what is needed for your pets. You don’t feel rushed out the door. I would highly recommend Animal Medical for all your pets.

Met the new Vet, Dr Keri Weyenberg. Very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and was good with my dog, Penny. Her assistant was also pleasant and handled Penny well when she got her shots from Dr. Keri.. Office women also Friendly. Well pleased.

Our guinea pig had a hematoma in her ear that was came on rather quickly and burst within 2 days. They were able to squeeze us in and take care of her immediately even with a peding blizzard coming. They were clearly concerned about her and handled her with excellent and loving care.

We picked up some Medication for our cat. The process was efficient and the Vet Tech was most personable--as our visit always is. We also purchased some veterinary ID wet canned food for our cat at this time.
We also gave an update on our cat; knowing that the Vet Tech relays the message to our Vet.
We leave knowing that our cat and we are taken care of. Thank you, AMC, for all that you do.

As always, the staff takes great care in examining our pet and asking questions to find out what we see everyday. They are always very thorough, compassionate, and polite.
