So thankful for the excellent care they took of our Lion head bunny, Valentine! Dr. Vanderhoof was very caring and knowledgeable and offered great advice as she too has a bunny.

The Doctor and Nurse were superb! The Nurse was very inviting and helpful as well as the doctor. They both were knowledgeable and made my little doggie and myself comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

Staff very friendly. I feel Sugar was well taken care of whenever I've had her boarded there. Also, when I sadly had to put down my wonderful little Trixie, Cheryl Pfeffer was loving and kind to her...and to me during my tearful goodbye.

Everything was great, but when I went to pick up my little Chihuahua she had on someone else's collar. It was like an inch wide collar with another dog's name on it, that you won't even put on a little Chihuahua. I told them that, it wasn't hers, the staff went and search everywhere and couldn't find her collar. I ended up taking her home with no collar or leash. I wasn't upset about it, I was just thinking, why did they take her collar off? And that other poor dog must have a really small collar stuck to her neck.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that we had a mix up of collars. That is not typical of us. We do remove the collars from pets that are in our hospitals when they board or are getting baths. We always place a paper collar with the patient's name on them. Our usual protocol is to have the collar labeled and replaced on the patient when they leave. Again, I am very sorry that your kiddo's collar was accidentally mislabeled.
