Terrible experience and horrible customer service. I stood outside the building for 10 minutes because the building was locked. This was after I called the office and was told someone would come down and let me in. No one came down. I was let in by someone else that worked in the building. I was greeted by the rudest person who said I had called earlier to cancel my appointment. Which I had not. And then they told me I only had an appointment for a consultation and not a microdermabrasion appointment. I ended up not getting any services and they emailed me a bill right after. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I am so sorry you had such a terrible experience. Unfortunately I was finishing up with a consultation when you came in the office and my technician was confused on your actual appointment because it appeared you were only scheduled for a consult. Nonetheless being rude is unacceptable and i sincerely apologize in her behalf. As far as the chase building door being locked unfortunately, every Saturday those doors close automatically at 3 pm. We are currently working on this problem and it should not be an issue any longer. Please accept a complimentary facial and a micro for your inconvenience.
