I made an appointment online for the next day. When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment. Luckily I printed out my appointment (which had an electronic time stamp) to show the front desk. I was at first told that the tires were not in stock. As you would guess, I was not too excited about that news. I protested a bit, and at that point I was told that I was upgraded to a different tire that was in stock. (FYI...most consumers don't know the difference in brands and quality of tires, so an upgrade is pretty much meaningless.) The tires (that were in stock) were installed without a delay. In the future I would just like to be told that the tires ordered are not in stock, but there is a better tire that is available that could be installed right away. The whole business of possibly having to wait was a bit frustrating. If the latter was stated from the beginning I would definitely give a five star rating.
