Was in a pinch and needed front struts on my car. Took it here for service and Richard was good...he beat Pep Boys price. Only drawback was that my car now pulls to the right after they aligned it. My steering wheel isnt even centered like it was previously. Richard says my rack and pinion is old, which may be true, but i find it strange that other than bad struts, my car NEVER pulled to the right previously nor have I had any previous problems with other alignments. I expected better.

It was a pleasant experience with Richard, I just needed a patch for my tire that had a piece of razor blade that went through it. They were able to patch it and I was on my way back to work.

I would give a rating of 3 1/2 stars if that option was available. I am disappointed that I did not receive my inspection evaluation of items in need of repair via email before receiving this survey.

The overall recommendation below is my experience in purchasing tires only, I have not had service work done yet at American Tire Depot.
