Initially I thought the experience and service was great. After my oil change and free tire rotation, I took my vehicle to my husband to show him a radiator crack that ATD so kindly showed me. Unfortunately, when I came to a stop my car started smoking. My husband checked it out and when the oil change was done the oil being drained splashed all over the cross member and exhaust. I know sometimes it can't be avoided, but there was no attempt to clean it up and the oil filter wasn't even screwed in hand tight. I had mentioned that I was taking the car in for a smog. Had I taken it right to a smog shop it may not have passed by the way it was smoking.

Horrible. Fast but lousy job. I lost a (loosely installed) front passenger side hubcap after a car package deal maintenance job (oil change, break inspection, wheel rotation etc.) at American Tire Depot located at 5262 N. Blackstone Avenue, Fresno, CA. I emailed/reported the unfortunate incident to the manager who just gave me false hopes by advising me to return to the repair shop and it will be replaced. I went back and told the asst. manager about the arrangement (plus a fuel injection job) but nothing was done about the lost hubcap. I'll never go back there.

Daughter needed to get to work and the people at Blackstone branch hustled and got her on the way to work in plenty of time. Fast, easy, and well priced. Thank You!

I have been taking my car to American Tire Depot on Blackstone in Fresno for a year, usually for an oil change. This visit, I came in for my oil change and asked to have my breaks inspected......most places will do your oil change and when its time to pay write up they inspected the breaks and everything else that needed to be done and hit you up with a huge bill....Not here, they pulled my car into the garage, less than 10 minutes the manager came in to get me, commented on the little squeek noise my car made when they drove it into the garage and physically showed me some issues my car was having; shocks, struts, bearings and balance. I asked if everything needed to be fixed today which I could not afford and the manager said there is a little time but he does reccommend soon and that he would do what he could to give me the best deal. By the way my breaks are 95% so the noise I thought was my breaks wasn't ") The level of Customer service is always the same: Very Attentative, Sincere & Friendly and NEVER PUSHY. A place I trust, open 7 days, I will refer and I will definitely go back ")

I was very pleased with the service I received from American Tire Dpot in Fresno. Edward helped us and he made us aware of some great deals on Lifetime Aligment for my Lexus (it really needed it since I am on 2 miles of dirt road) After getting the new balanced and aligned tires we were on our way to LA and the drive was so much pleasant and so much peace of mind. Thanks for your professional and friendly help. I wll defenitely be back since I need my timing belt replaced.

Excellent customer service! I didn't know they would go ahead and check my car for other problems! I just went in for an oil change and got information about my car that I did not know. When I had scheduled the appointment online, I got a call 5 mins later asking if I would like to get the appointment moved up! Great service!
