Rick was Awesome! My husband and I stopped by requesting a quote on tires for his 2002 GMC 20 minutes prior to closing. We were totally expecting to have to leave the vehicle overnight since it was so late in the day, but Rick got right on it and said he'd have it done in no time! Never once did I feel any resentment in his voice or actions. I appreciate dealing with people/companies that put the needs of the customer first without making them feel put out. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
