Prices were reasonable as with other tire shops tend to be way overpriced. But I was unhappy they over tightened the lug nuts replaced it with an ordinary one and was not told about it until I saw it, in which I asked them to purchase the original one, that was not cool at all. They are not the first ones either to do this and not tell me about it.

Of course nobody likes to spend money but I can honestly say that their customer service was impeccable. I would defitnitly recommend the place for anybody.

American Tire Depot has been consistently professional in all of their work, and their prices absolutely cannot be beat. I had a squeak in my engine compartment which I inquired with them about. They found that I needed a new serpentine belt and tensioner. My truck was also idling rough, and running low in temperature. It turns out, my thermostat was stuck open. They replaced that, and not only did my engine operating temperature return to normal - so did the idle, and my fuel economy improved considerably.
I would not hesitate to use American Tire Depot in Lake Forest for any matter. I trust them 100% to work on any of my vehicles. Management and staff are all top notch. Excellence is in everything they do!

Even though the time for new tires and an alignment took 2 hours, I was very pleased with the professional and friendly service of the mechanics who performed the work and Martin, who set me up by ordering the tires and processing the rebate.
