Jaime, the manager, is very pleasant. He seems to be knowledgeable and sincerely interested in doing a good job. So far he, not the Lexus dealer, has been able to identify potential issues with the car.
Two small suggestions
1. The time I had to wait was unreasonable. I was there almost 4 hours to check the alignment (which it was not checked) and change the oils and filters
2. Some prices that were quoted (verbally) were not accepted when the time came to provide the services
3. Overall I think that this facility does a good job and I would recommend it to other people
