I rarely give out maximum ratings, but when the service is so consistently excellent, maximum is called for.
I've had three visits from AC&M including estimate, sweep and inspect, and the rebuild of our chimney from the roof up. All interactions with personnel have been outstanding. They were professional, friendly, informative, and clean. Very little mess was made, and what mess they did make was cleaned up, and there was no mess made in the house in the first place.
Everyone was professional and eager to please. Our project was completed ahead of schedule. It was scheduled to take 2 days, but they managed to get it done in one day in spite of a couple of long rain breaks that day. the weather was much less than ideal and I didn't hear a single complaint about the weather. The guys just got in and got the job done.
The result is a beautiful chimney that blends right in with the rest of the house. they even used black roof flashing to better blend in with the house's trim.
I would recommend them to friends, relatives, even my mother, without the slightest reservation.
