My dentist was great, did a great job in 4 fillings I had to get done! But the front desk was not so good...I went there on a Monday for check up and made the appointment for my fillings 2 days later, on Wednesday. I asked for the 1st time in the morning, which was for 9am, and I made clear that I really needed the 1st time, specially when you are numb and need at least 4 hours to get back to normal and eat. So, when I got there to start my treatment at 9am, the secretary said that my appointment was for 11am!!! How could that be changed in 2 days OUT OF THE BLUE?! For lunch time? To start that time?
