We had the furnace go out on a Thursday night. Called the emergency number, received a call back almost immediately. Mike offered to come out that night but told him morning would work. Showed up first thing and diagnosed the issue. Based on cost of parts to repair determined new furnace was best option. Received quote quickly and American made arrangements to have installed first thing Monday. Installers were courteous and completed job quickly. Excellent service and support.

After my heat went out Saturday night and I was freezing on Sunday morning, I found your company on the web. I called and left a message and then called the emergency number and spoke with Jim who was very helpful and came Monday assessed the problem and gave me good advice. I was not home Tuesday, but your team came and disassembled the old beast in a tight space and installed the new Carrier furnace and Honeywell thermostat in a timely, neat, and trustworthy manner. Excellent Job.On Wednesday Jim again helped me with good advise and instruction to safely relight the pilot on my hot water heater

Once again American has proven that I made the right choice in switching to their company.. We had an emergency situation at my parent's house and their response, honesty and service well exceeded what I would consider the "norm." There was a massive water leak that shut the furnace down and we needed it running to help dry out the house. They were there within 45 minutes of my call and in the midst of the chaos and water everywhere, they got the furnace running.. They very easily could have said we'll need a new furnace as it wouldn't have been disputed..
From the start when talking to Ginny was an excellent experience. The tech was very helpful and explained everything that he found. He had to make an extra trip to get a switch and came right back to install it. Whole experience very pleasant.
