This was my 2nd visit to the pembroke pines location and I was very saddened. My 3yr old daughter had her 2nd ever dentist appt. At 3:00pm and we arrived at 2:30pm and didn't get seen until almost 4:30pm. When my daughter did get seen there was a different dental hygienist there by the name of "Tony", he had ZERO tolerance/patients for children. My child so was terrified her whole body was trembling and crying. He was very frustrated when my child accidentally knocked his glasses off the table and rolled his eyes. He then told me I have to hold her down cause she has to learn she has to do this. He had no remorse for my baby. Obviously he doesn't have children. Luckily, a lady named Trisha came in to my child's rescue and made him stop and gave me other options such as sedation so my child can get the care she needed. The actual dentist "Roula Yazaji" was very understanding and was able to examine my child with me holding her and talking to her. Even though my child cried and she used some kind of prongs to keep her mouth open, she genuinely showed both my daughter and I she wanted to help and cared how my daughter felt. My daughter cried for a few moments but as soon as it was over she waved to the dentist and told her bye, I was even surprised. On the other hand my daughter was running for her life and almost climbing up the wall when "Tony" walked by. I can say the lady named "Shay" is Amazing! That's who I meet the 1st time I came here, she was so motherly and i felt so comfortable. Even though my child cried and was scared, my daughter actually talked to Shay and was telling her why she's scared and what she wanted. Two thumbs up for shay and Trisha, and the lady who took her X-ray, she also had patients but I forgot to ask her name. The X-ray lady even played doctor with my daughter to get her comfortable so she could take her X-ray. She pretended like she was checking her blood pressure and my daughter was playing along beautifully. But my child didn't allow her to put the black small piece in her mouth, I had to do it and then the lady put and X-ray machine on her forehead.
