They overbooked. Our wait time was substantial. The children grew restless waiting for the dentist after being seen by the hygienist.

They were nice and courteous. My daughter was a bit scared but they made sure she was comfortable and ok with everything before cleaning her teeth.

I had to wait over an hour even though I had a scheduled appointment. Whorver the hygienist was very nice and accommodating. The doctor very profesional.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Joel Frand was fantastic! He calmed my daughter down and removed her tooth before she even knew to react!

The office was very crowded and there were parents waiting for over 90 minutes. One parent got upset and left. There were four parents who had 3:30 appointments and 2 with 4:00 pm appointment. I left work 2 hours early to be there on time only to sit and waited for 60 minutes. Some parents have two or more children who need to see the dentist which mean longer wait on the already scheduling time. I hope this was an isolated incident. It would have be nice if the technicians and the hygienists used universal precautions although they were wearing gloves to protect themselves their actions were not to protect the patients. I saw one went into a room with gloves on omg. I watched as one went into the room adjust every equipments and adjust head equipment and mask with the GLOVES on put that contaminated gloves in a child mouth. That just nasty. In all it was just a bad day for the office. Hope it get better.

Llegue 4.15 para mi cita 4.30 y al parecer extraviaron mis papeles 5 p.m. y nada de atenderme. Todos los que llegaron después de mi entraban a ser atendidos, hasta que me pare a preguntar.
