The waiting time was awful, don't know what's the point of making appointment if you are going to be seen hour and a half later.

I have two boys one who his autistic and just hearing the word 'Dentist' sends him to an extreme panic attack which causes his little brother to be scared as well. The night before their appointment I couldn't sleep because I was so scared he's going to go into a frenzy at the dentist's office because I'm not able to control him when he does, because that's the case the past two time we went for both of my kids. Which is why I can truly admit I've been canceling their appointment just to avoid the outbreaks. But then we met Liana from the Pembroke pines location who is an absolute godsend, she turned my fear to relief. I am simply amazed at how she was able to gain their trust and get over their fears of the dentist. The next day my son asked me to take him to the dentist lol. Thank you so much, Liana your simply amazing and can't thank you enough for your kindness and patience. For now on I won't be canceling any appointments as long as she's there.

The dentist was very patience with my child who was scared to get her tooth pulled. It was very successful and painless for her. They even squeezed her in to get her cleaning that I forgot to schedule. Thank you all.

The Dentist was very nice. The Hygenist lacked bed side manner. It is unfortunate doing patient and family teaching to be so rough and tactless. The receptionist is very nice. Time management was excellent but I will not bring my children back. For years they have been dissatisfied and your facility changes staff so much.
