I have been a customer at American Tire since about 1998. The staff at the Cool Springs location have been excellent and customer focused and friendly in all of my encounters with them ( and there have been many). Good people and excellent staff. Please find ways to reward them. They deserve it.

I have been a customer at American Tire for almost ten years for tires, oil changes, brakes... they never try to sell me stuff I don't need and always explain things when I do need something. I feel like I can trust them and that means everything when it comes to car care. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and always professional. Really I can't say enough good things to express my appreciation for keeping my car running great and keeping me and my passengers safe!
