Service for my vehicle was very prompt. They got it into the shop and did tests and found the problem and got right to me to decide to go forward with the repairs. They would have had it ready that afternoon, but I was in no rush and picked it up the next day. So far everything seems fine.

I have been going to this location for the past three years. I feel that my car is well cared-for when I take it there. I appreciate that all the employees are helpful and know what they are talking about. They go above and beyond to make sure that my car is working properly. They also try to help me understand what is going on with my car, even though I know nothing about cars whatsoever. I appreciate the time everyone takes to get to know me and my car. I keep going back for all of my car-care needs.

It is discouraging that the service Reps are so aggressive about selling more than you came in for - even when the service manual indicates the service is not needed for another 12 months.

I'm new-ish to Canton and have been putting off any work on my car because getting a new place to take it is a pain. Who do you trust? The guys here were very honest and showed me what they were doing and why, not just told me. They also went out of there way to help me when I got an emergency call from my daughters school and had to pick her up while my car was still up getting worked on.

when I went into my garage and found a flat tire I called America's Service station and they came right out removed the tire and found a nail in it so took it back to their shop patched it and brought it back. It only cost a little under $25.00 and they were fast and really helped me out as I had children to pick up from two different schools. I have used them for all my car repairs for the past six years and have been happy with their work.

I brought two of my vehicles in for Georgia's Pollution Control Inspection and the facility was clean, the reception by customer service was curteous and informative. Both inspections were conducted quickly and to expectation.

Customer Service informed me that my front brakes were near the end of life and offered me a quote to get them fix. I appreciate the fact that I did not feel pressured to return or get them fixed at that time. Just a quote for the cost and a note that they would beat the price that I could find.

Wiring was incomplete and not correct. Wires were left hanging and not fixed with the switch panel to the floor or dash. I was made aware that all wires would have been conduit wrapped. The only wires that were finished with conduit were in the trunk. The technician was not aware of the work that I had put into this car and mentioned that he could have saved me alot of money by him doing it. I am sure he did not listen that I did 90% of the work myself and saved myself thousands. America's service work was done very porly and I will have to clean it up and correct the short cuts. Not too happy with them on this job.

I have used this location for the last 6 yrs. And have been very happy with everyone. However, the last cpouple of visits, I feel as if I am pressured to purchase repairs and servides that are not required at the time. For ex. I have had 3 oil changes in teh last yr. and each time they push a fuel injection cleaning on me going so far as telling me horror stories of others who did not have it done in time. According to my manufacture warranty I do not need an FI service until 100,00 miles of which I am not even close. Stop pushing and please recommend only what I really need

I went in for a tire repair (which was a little pricey compared to what I'm used to paying @ $25 for a plug). However, I got my oil change and new wipers while I was there. While I thought I would only be there about an hour, I was there for 2-1/2, due to issues with wheel locks for which I had no key. The delay was not the fault of America's Service Station, and they made my wait as comfortable as possible. This is my second time here, and I will not go elsewhere.
