From the time you enter the salon the smiling professional faces makes you immediately relax. You are greeted with enthusiasm and shown around if it is your first time props to Taylor & Bailey. My hairdresser Josh was not only taking the time to listen to my hair needs, he also was detail oriented to make sure it was exactly what I wished for. He took time to go to the shampoo bowl, and have hands on with the shampoo person, all to ensure my satisfaction. Everyone in the salon speaks, and smiles there is no doubt they love what they do, and where they do it!! Excellent experience!
