What does it take to get you to contact the insurance company? I asked you to contact them a month ago with the first gum surgery when the entire claim was denied BECAUSE YOU DID NOT PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE DR THAT DID THE PROCEDURE! - Seriously. Then you promise me a call Tuesday because of course the Insurance company was closed for the "holiday". Guess what no call. Do you have a "Gentle Lawyer" to handle the case when I sue Gentle Dental?

Was a good experience and the surgeon was fast and super polite and knew exactly what he was doing. He even called me from his personal cell phone to see how I was later in the day! I would recommend this place to anyone needing good denistry or oral surgery!

As always it is a great experience. Amber is my hygienist and I saw Dr H. when I was getting my teeth cleaned. It is like being around family members.

Monica Gonzales, RDH, is by far the most professional and thorough dental hygienist from whom I've had the pleasure and good fortune of receiving the best dental care. I can't imagine trusting my enamel to anyone else.

Dentists are great at what they do but it's an administrative nightmare. I've been a patient for over 10 years. Over that time I've spend countless hours in the waiting room and I'm done with it. The message I receive is that your time is more valuable than mine and you'd rather squeeze more profit by keeping the dentists busy than adding cushion to keep customers happy. I waited over an hour to be seen on my last visit. I understand issues arise beyond the control of the office but when there is an extended delay on nearly every visit, there is a deeper problem.

I had a past issue where it literally took years to separate myself from being combined with my mother's account which once resulted in a letter threatening collections over a minor balance (under $40) of which I was never informed.

Just today a colleague of mine asked me to recommend a dentist. I couldn't recommend this office as a result of the administrative disdain for its clients.

I'm always surprised at the friendliness of your staff and doctor's. I had a crown and filling yesterday and am very happy with the results. Rosie was the dental assistant and very friendly and sweet.
