Dentists are great at what they do but it's an administrative nightmare. I've been a patient for over 10 years. Over that time I've spend countless hours in the waiting room and I'm done with it. The message I receive is that your time is more valuable than mine and you'd rather squeeze more profit by keeping the dentists busy than adding cushion to keep customers happy. I waited over an hour to be seen on my last visit. I understand issues arise beyond the control of the office but when there is an extended delay on nearly every visit, there is a deeper problem.
I had a past issue where it literally took years to separate myself from being combined with my mother's account which once resulted in a letter threatening collections over a minor balance (under $40) of which I was never informed.
Just today a colleague of mine asked me to recommend a dentist. I couldn't recommend this office as a result of the administrative disdain for its clients.
