The massage itself was nice, the therapist seemed to have a good understanding of the body. And the receptionist was nice and friendly.
What disappointed me is that I paid for a 90 minute massage and only got a 75 minute massage. I was a couple of minutes late b/c I passed by the new location and had to turn back (this was my firsts visit at the new location); when I got there the receptionist was on the phone, which delayed my appointment a bit. I can understand the consultation with the therapist being included in the session, but we discussed things for maybe 3-4 minutes. Why didn't I get the other 10 minutes of massage? Disappointed with this and likely won't return if that is how they manage things.
