My facial was good and my esthetician was nice, based on that alone I would probably return. However, there are also so many other options in the area that I may consider "shopping around" first. I wish the receptionist had informed me when I asked that I was not to use any retinol products 24 hours prior to my appointment or that I would not be eligible to do the deep exfoliating/extraction service I was hoping to do. This was extremely disappointing to me. I had specifically asked her when booking the appointment if there was any instructions or prep I should be aware of before this service and she said no. There was also a discrepancy between the amount the receptionist had written on my gift certificate and the amount they had in their system. The receptionist was unable to remedy it so she had to find someone that could. Not a huge deal but an unnecessary hangup. I also found it awkward that there was only one very small single restroom for the whole salon/spa, which is also shared with employees. I had to wait around in my robe for an employee to use the restroom before I could change. Not a huge issue, but just uncomfortable and made me feel very rushed in what is supposed to be a relaxing environment. Nothing about the experience was bad but nothing stood out to me as special or memorable.

skin care therapist consult with guests that have questions. Our receptionist happens to be new and still learning about gift card balances so we sorry if she needed to find someone to assist her. Just to clarify regarding the bathroom, I see that there was a scheduled staff clean/bathroom check near your appointment time. Please be assured that the staff has a separate bathroom and we were simply doing a cleaning duty around the same time of your appointment. We hope that you'll give us another try in the future.
