The costs are significantly higher than the vet I used to use, but the service is excellent. They never seem rushed; you get all your questions answered and issues handled. The docs are super friendly and really care about your pets. It is spotlessly clean and very efficient.

They are very close to our home and our dog loves the staff. The staff has always been very informative and it is easy to book appointments. The hours are great with a couple later times and Saturday if needed. They take good care of our dog and that is what matters.

Today was my first time to visit Anchorage Animal Hospital. Overall experience was great! Dr. Gaines was very experienced and knowlegable. He took time to talk to me, learn about my dog and he made his recommendations. His staff was also very caring and nice. They are very easy going and I felt that they genuinely cared for my pet.

I called on Saturday morning to see if they had Sunday hours or if they could recommend somewhere to go that was open on Sunday. My dog was having a problem with a limp in his leg. Even though we were a new patient and it was an hour until the office closed, they told us to come on in. The doctor and staff were all very professional and courteous. We'll definitely be back.

We would follow Dr. Brockman anywhere! Lola has been with him since she was a new puppy of 9 weeks old and just falls all over him when she visits. We are lucky to have such a fine office in the Louisville area.
