Massage was not very good. The masseur was not helpful and caused a lot of pain in my lower pain. Was not helpful at all!

I made my appt a week and a half before and found out on the day of my massage appt that my insurance was possibly not going to be billed because I didn’t have a referral and that I may have to pay in full. Had I been aware that I needed a referral, I would have gotten it before my appt. The front office staff assured me that it would be taken care of and after my massage appt, I was told that if I had my referral within 3 days that everything would pan out how it is supposed to. I did just that and am now worrying that my insurance is going to come back with a bill. I came to excellence in health in hopes to alleviate stress and after all, added more.
The massage was good and the staff did their best to reassure me that I had nothing to worry about, but we shall see when I get my explanation of benefits in the mail soon. Hopefully, your staff can live up to their word and take this as a note to let the future patients aware of protocol.
