Both Gabe and Antonio were professional in their appearance and work, friendly and answered questions/concerns. When one of 3 toilets replaced was discovered to have a hairline split in the tank (causing a small leak), they sent Antonio to get a replacement, while Gabe provided quotes I asked for regarding future replacement of my water heater with both tank & tankless options, and the plusses/minuses of both, which I appreciated very much.

When Antonio returned with another tank (he had to go to the warehouse to get), the job was completed, everything was tested while they were here (and in front of me so I could see), before cleaning up and taking their leave. The cash option/ savings was appreciated, too......

This is not the first time I've used Andersen Plumbing & Heating and they never disappoint. They always come out to address issues as soon as possible, their repair technicians are always punctual, courteous and know what they are doing. I also really appreciate the fact that they don't try to sell you parts you don't need or suggest repairs that aren't necessary. They're honest and every repair technician that has ever come to the house is highly knowledgeable in their craft.

So many problems with Andersen Plumbing that it's hard to list them all, but they damaged my dryer while installing unrelated plumbing, made getting compensation contingent on spending more with them, didn't do a very good job cleaning up after themselves, sold me an expensive, but inferior toilet that I don't believe I really needed when I was in a bind and needed the toilet fixed for a party the next day, took my expensive toilet handle, which I asked for back but never received, and didn't tighten down a side kitchen faucet sprayer, which I will now have to do myself. I've used them a few times, but every time I've had at least some problem with them. Not sure I will use them again.

I highly recommend Andersen Plumbing. They are easy to work with and Morgan in the office always promptly schedules a service call. More times than not, Mario is on the job. This time he and Chris came to fix two outdoor spigots at my Mom’s house. Both men were friendly, courteous and got the job done. Anderson is my go-to for any plumbing issue. They also service HVAC; although I’ve yet to use them for that service. Good work, prompt service.

My air conditioning was 30 years old and went out on a Friday when it was very hot and humid weather on Memorial day weekend. I called Andersen Plumbing and Heating, I explained that my wife has Asthma and this was a problem. Andersen Plumbing and Heating came Saturday morning and replaced the entire system. It was done very professionally and it was neat and clean .I will be a customer for life !
