While I realize Dr. Anderson was caring for more than one patient at the time, my wait time in the chair was longer than I expected. My appointment was at 3:20 PM, I had a little trouble with the google driving direction, arrived about 3 minutes late, sat briefly in the waiting room, and was promptly ushered to a treatment chair. The dental hygienist applied a 'topical' to my gum and Dr. Anderson injected some sort of local anesthesia. Naturally, that takes a few minutes to take effect - so far so good. Dr. Anderson checked and decided to give it a little more time, he said about 10 minutes, again, - so far so good but I waited much longer. The work itself only took a few minutes, great! I paid the charge, pending insurance, on the way out at 4:30 PM; an hour and 10 minutes for a service, minus excessive waiting, probably actually took about 30 minutes.
