I probably should give you 5 stars but there is something about undergoing a painful experience that prevents me from doing that. Not your fault...you administered the pain killer and did a thorough job.
Am waiting to hear from you regarding my insurance company's willingness to pay for that replacement crown.

Be careful!!! Dentist is good but the practice is dishonest!!! Quoted me one price (I asked twice is she was sure) but charged much more after the work was done. Admitted but wouldn't do anything about it. Too bad. They lost a patient and got horrible PR over their mistake... and less than $100. They would have made that up many times over. BEWARE!!!
By far, this was the best experience I've ever had while going through a "deep cleaning". Everything was explained in detail before and afterwards. The numbness subsided in about an hour or so after I left the office. I had very little discomfort that evening and I didn't even have to take a pain reliever for it. I must say, this was a good experience. I feel great comfort in knowing that I have now found my dental care office for many years to come.
