The shop rate is higher than I expected. However, I can see that it is money that goes towards operating a tight business and I respect that very much.
I liked the way Andy explained the issues my car has clearly - very appreciated!
I was REALLY IMPRESSED the next morning when I noticed my car had been cleaned. Thanks!
