Thank you for the review. Unfortunately your concern is something we could control. We are particular with vendors we do business. This vendor we used has been a reliable source in the past. We don't know exactly what went wrong with the transaction- whether it was a breakdown in processes at the vendors establishment or shipping--but the end result had you waiting for the parts necessary to repair you vehicle. We are sorry for your inconvenience. Looking back, we do not know what we could have done differently to get the parts quicker. We followed up with you as we knew new information. We were working on your vehicle immediately after the parts arrived.
