Mr. Spence, we talked to the senior tech that looked at your vehicle and nothing was disassembled on our watch. The alternator connector was cracked and not securing the connection. You denied the work necessary. When you called after picking up the vehicle, we agreed for you to bring the vehicle back for us to see what was "not put back together", but you did not bring it back. Hope you have been able to get your vehicle back on the road. We are here if you need us. Thank you.
