I spent over $200 to be told that I would have to spend more because the tests they needed to run were not included in the over $200. So, NO I wouldn't recommend this company. I left knowing as much as I did going in. Come to find out, it WAS my alternator and had the mechanic done the testing job properly, he would have known that. This is why I have ignored your yearly request for my opinion. I was unhappy with the work but, you KEPT ASKING me so, THIS is my experience.

Ms. Kretchmer, thank you for your input. However, upon review of your ticket dated May 21, 2020, we found that you actually paid for a diagnosis for tire pressure light and to diagnose why the fuse was blowing with your cigarette lighter. We did find a problem with the TPMS light, but you declined the repair. We also found that the cigarette lighter fuse was blowing due to a bad accessory being plugged into it. That is what you paid for. You declined a diagnosis on the battery light. We did do a courtesy check on the battery at no charge to you. We found that the alternator was charging the battery at 14.2 volts- which is normal. That showed that the alternator was charging at that time. Car repairs are expensive- we get that. We all have to have repairs at some point. Our technician did a courtesy check- not a diagnosis on the battery light. We are sorry that you have had negative feelings toward AAE. We strive to treat our clients with respect, honesty and good work. If you need our services in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us for appointment.

I was very pleased with the testing done on my car. The mechanic and receptionist were very pleasant and professional. Prices were reasonable. I would go back to them again, if I had car troubles.
