Disappointed in ANEW's lack of communication to alert clients of changing daily hours of operation. Three times I stopped in at ANEW to purchase product and yet found it CLOSED . During their "normal" business hours.
Also irritated that they did not offer some way to compensate/amend this inconvenience to me, a long time client.
Finally, one item that I purchased recently appears to be empty! I will return it next week.
This really makes me question if I will continue to patronize ANEW.
