I have searched for a dentist for awhile lately, doing research in the local dentist. unfortunately my last dentist moved. He was sensitive to my anxiety I had at the dentist, pain tolerance and TMJ . My first appointment I was very expressive on my sensitivity and especially the difficulty I have with tmj. The hygienist, Adamere , was sensitive to this and checked in throughout my treatment to make sure I was ok or needed a break. When I returned and was scheduled with Dr. Golasko for cavity fillings she was not sensative to my situation. After arriving anxiously on time for my appointment the receptionist informed us that the doctors were running late. I waited 30 mins , while the receptionist called the Catonsville office several times wondering where the doctors were . In my profession , customer service is key. I would have expected a phone call that she was going to be late. While in treatment , it seemed that when I asked for more novacain it was an unbelievable request. Like in my chart and what I expressed to the doctor , I am anxious at the dentist and I usually take more novacain to numb my mouth. She also left me with a bracket separating my teeth (which was digging into my gum and painful) along with my mouth forced open while she did a consult in between filling my cavities. This was unnecessary discomfort and pain. Not once did she make me feel at ease or explain what she was doing throughout he procedure. Nevertheless, after spending a lot of cash at this dentist , it was not worth the pain and discomfort.

This dentist does not recognize your long questionnaire thy have you fill out on your first visit about your problems and experience, and certainly does not have the angel touch. I hope that this will be reviewed and other patients will experience the personal dental care that fits their needs and comfort.

The fact that this dentist office appears to have 4 ½ stars creates deep suspicion in me, meaning fake or false reviews have been posted. The reason for this suspicion is my experience at this office this past weekend. From the clerk at the front desk (disorganized and rude), to the dentist assistant (poor skills at cleaning teeth), to the doctor herself, who barely even looked at the x-rays I paid for out-of-packet before declaring I required treatment that my insurance would not pay for (scaling/planing) and then accusing me of "denying treatment" and "demanding a simple cleaning", for which I had to sign a form upon which rather dramatic language was utilized "patient risking tooth loss for not agreeing to scaling" just to have a simple cleaning. When I "demanded" a simple cleaning, the dentist assistant went from agreeable and conversational, to extremely rude, and I am quite confident the cleaning she gave was purposively painfully applied. It was the worst cleaning i have ever experienced. Their diagnosis/prognosis was a complete fabrication. Sad, just sad. There is just no way this place has a legitimate 4 ½ stars.

I was very uncomfortable from the start going to this office as a friend ofmine stated they had a bad eexperience with dental care at this office. My insurance recommended it though so I decided to give it a chance. From thr moment I walked through the door to the time I left it was a horrible experience. The make receptionist acted as it wad a rush game for him and wouldn't let me even speak before he throws papers at me telling me quickly to do yhis and that.I could barely understand him and ehen I got to the back it was the same rush process. No comfort in this office at all.Lets just say I wont be returning and I will pass my experience on just as my friend did. They knew I required alot of dental work being a cancer patient and I already felt bad about losing most of my teeth from yhe medications I take and they just weren't compassionate nor comforting at all.Dr.Warshanna made me feel I was more of a waste of his time.I left the office crying.I pray nobody else has to have the same experience.

The Hours of the practice was open was very convenient for my work schedule, and the support staff was very helpful the actual dentist though never even told me his name and was very distant. Having a sign outside the building would be helpful Google maps brings you to a parking lot across the street

I was not to pleased with my visit. When my main doctor left the room an allowed another guy to fill in my teeth two women came in an all of them were standing over me talking in another language laughing an so on the guy who worked on my teeth seemed more on the conversation he pinched my lip twice with tweezers an then forgot to fill in one tooth. He wasnot professional at all.when my doc Mohammad came back in the women left. One thing is Mohammed is very professional. Not sure who the other guy was I was never given a name.

I've been a patient @ Angel Dental Care for many years now and they continue to provide excellent care. Appointments are relatively on time and they explain their procedures so you know your options.

I've been using Dr. Warshanna for several years now, it is always pretty much on time, office wait times are reasonable and they are always gentle during their work.
