We reviewed the work-order from the technicians. The work order indicated that you have multiple dogs, birds and a recent family has passed away who suffered illness that caused her to spill food/drinks on a off white carpet. There were more than 12 stains that were caused by pet feces. The technicians noted that you recognize the stains are impossible to be removed completely and will replace carpet in the future.
